Roadside view	the lookout at the trailhead	we are hiking through (1997?) burn which gives extra sunshine
this portion of the park if called Granite Park, even though this isn't granite	view through the burn	taking a break
climbing through trailside flowers	lots of butterflies	another rest

a meadow view	lunch time	ripple rock
vast views	as we continue climbing	fractured ripple rock recemented
climbing to the pass	beginning the final climb of Swiftcurrent mountain	posing at a switchback
facing the climb	sense of the view and steepness of swiftcurrent	stray shell
patches of flowers	huffing and puffing	above the glacier
rock blocks	view to the flat north	some distant mountains
a partial panorama
more distant mountains	and more	solar cells at the fire lookout tower
