I decide for a quick side trip up Baxter |

delighting in the colors and juniper |

I found dark view, but noticed the sun would move beyond the clouds, so I waited |

and was rewarded with sunshine |

and fine fall views |

the next morning, it is raining, but I head to Jay |

and mist everwhere |

I reach the ridge, but the view is subdued |
