Snow and Rooster Comb from Keene Valley

Heading toward Dix via round pond; the ferns enjoying the sun with the leaves gone	birches in the sunshine	the Aspens wonder why the other trees dropped their leaves
Round pond reflections	grand ice crystals in the puddles	a glimpse ahead to Dix
more ferns enjoying their days in the sun	the Dix lean-to	a lovely cascade where I slipped on ice and ended up in the stream
